The allotment covers 14 private dental colleges across Andhra Pradesh and includes over 400 candidates. This is a critical document: if your name appears on this list, you must report to your allotted college by 4 PM on 16 October 2026, or your seat will be cancelled and you will lose your admission. Classes have already begun on 24 September 2026, so delays are not an option.
If you are allotted a BDS Management Quota seat, you must report to your college by 4 PM on 16-10-2026 with original certificates, or your allotment will be cancelled.

Unlock My College ListWhat is this allotment list?
This is the Phase-1 allotment list for BDS (Dental) seats under the Management Quota (private seats filled by the university through counselling, not by the state). The list shows which candidate has been assigned to which college, based on their NEET rank, category, and the choices they made during counselling.
The allotment covers 14 dental colleges: Anil Neerukonda Institute (Visakhapatnam), CARE Dental College (Guntur), CKS Theja Institute (Tirupati), Gitam Dental College (Visakhapatnam), G. Pulla Reddy Dental College (Kurnool), GSL Dental College (Rajamahendravaram), KIMS Dental College (Amalapuram), Lenora Institute (Rajahmundry), Narayana Dental College (Nellore), Nimra Institute (Ibrahimpatnam), Sibar Institute (Guntur), St. Joseph Dental College (Eluru), Drs. Sudha & Nageswara Rao Siddhartha Institute (Gannavaram), Sree Sai Dental College (Srikakulam), and Vishnu Dental College (Bhimavaram).
This is Phase-1 only. If you are not allotted now, you may appear in Phase-2 or later rounds, depending on the university's schedule.
How to find your name on the list
The allotment list is organized by college. Each college section shows a table with columns for: Serial Number, NEET Rank, NEET Roll Number, Score, Name of Candidate, Gender, Category, Local Area (AP or Others), Allotment Details (which college and which batch/section you are assigned to), and Phase.
To find yourself: (1) Search for your NEET Roll Number in the document. (2) Alternatively, search for your name. (3) Note the college code and allotment details shown in your row. (4) The 'Allotment Details' column tells you which college and which batch (B1, B2, etc.) you are assigned to.
Example: If your row shows 'ANDV - MBBS - B1-1', you are allotted to Anil Neerukonda Institute (ANDV), in batch B1, section 1.
Critical deadline: Report by 4 PM on 16 October 2026
This is the most important date. You must physically report to your allotted college by 4 PM on 16 October 2026. This is not a soft deadline — if you miss it, your allotment will be cancelled immediately, and you will lose your seat.
Classes have already started on 24 September 2026. The university is not waiting for late joiners. If you do not report by the deadline, the college will assume you have rejected the seat and will move on to the next candidate.
Plan your travel and documentation now. Do not assume you can report a day or two late.
- Last date to report: 16 October 2026
- Last time to report: 4:00 PM (16:00 hours)
- Reporting location: Your allotted college (see your allotment details)
- Consequence of missing deadline: Allotment cancelled, seat forfeited
Documents you must bring for verification
The university will verify your original certificates at the college during admission. If any discrepancy is found between your submitted documents and the originals, your provisional allotment will be cancelled and action will be taken as per university regulations (which may include debarment from future counselling rounds).

Bring all original certificates listed below. Do not bring photocopies alone — the college will not accept them. Verification happens on the day you report, so have everything ready.
- NEET UG 2026 admit card (original)
- NEET UG 2026 score card / result (original)
- 10th class certificate (original)
- 12th class certificate (original)
- Intermediate or equivalent qualification certificate (original)
- Category certificate (if applicable — SC, ST, BC, OBC, etc.)
- Local area certificate (if claiming AP local area status)
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Income certificate (if applicable for any quota)
- Transfer certificate from your last school/college
- Character certificate
- Medical fitness certificate (if required by the college)
- Passport-size photographs (4–6 copies, as per college requirement)
- Aadhar card or any government-issued ID
⚠️ Critical trap: Certificate discrepancies will cancel your allotment
The notice explicitly states: 'Verification of original certificates will be conducted by the Principal at the college during admission and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action will be initiated as per University Regulation.'
This means if there is ANY mismatch between what you submitted during counselling and what your original certificates show, your seat is gone. Common discrepancies include: wrong date of birth, wrong category, wrong name spelling, missing or forged certificates, or a category certificate that does not match your claimed category.
Do not assume small errors will be overlooked. Verify every detail of your submitted documents NOW, before you report. If you spot an error, contact the university immediately to correct it in the system before reporting to the college.
- Check your name spelling matches your certificates exactly
- Verify your date of birth is correct in all documents
- Confirm your category certificate matches your claimed category
- Ensure all certificates are original, not photocopies
- Check that your local area status (AP or Others) is correct
- If any document is missing or incorrect, contact the university before 16 October
What the allotment details column means
The 'Allotment Details' column shows your college and batch assignment in a code like 'ANDV - MBBS - B1-1' or 'CARE - MBBS - B2-3'. Here is what each part means:
• College code (e.g., ANDV, CARE, CKST): This is the abbreviation for your allotted college. See the college list in the notice to find the full name and location.
• Course (MBBS): This is always MBBS for BDS allotments (the notice uses MBBS and BDS interchangeably in the allotment details).
• Batch and section (e.g., B1-1, B2-3): B1 and B2 refer to different batches or groups within the college. The number after the hyphen (1, 2, 3, etc.) refers to your section or classroom group. This determines your class timing and group for practicals.
- ANDV = Anil Neerukonda Institute, Visakhapatnam
- CARE = CARE Dental College, Guntur
- CKST = CKS Theja Institute, Tirupati
- GITV = Gitam Dental College, Visakhapatnam
- GPRK = G. Pulla Reddy Dental College, Kurnool
- GSLR = GSL Dental College, Rajamahendravaram
- KDCA = KIMS Dental College, Amalapuram
- LIDR = Lenora Institute, Rajahmundry
- NDCN = Narayana Dental College, Nellore
- NIDS = Nimra Institute, Ibrahimpatnam
- SIBG = Sibar Institute, Guntur
- SJDE = St. Joseph Dental College, Eluru
- SNDC = Drs. Sudha & Nageswara Rao Siddhartha Institute, Gannavaram
- SSDC = Sree Sai Dental College, Srikakulam
- VDCB = Vishnu Dental College, Bhimavaram
Category and local area status in the allotment
Your allotment is based on your NEET rank, your category (OC, BC, SC, ST, etc.), and your local area status (AP or Others). The allotment list shows all three for each candidate.
• OC = Open Category (no reservation)
• BC = Backward Class (includes BCA, BCB, BCC, BCD, BCE — different sub-groups with different reservation percentages)
• SC = Scheduled Caste
Every kind of MBBS/BDS seat, one rank
See the real seats your NEET rank can reach.
• ST = Scheduled Tribe
• OBC = Other Backward Class
• AP = Andhra Pradesh local area (you studied in AP schools)
• Others = Non-AP local area (you studied outside AP)
Your category and local area status determine which merit list you compete on and how many seats are available to you. If your allotment shows a category or local area status different from what you expected, contact the university immediately — it may be an error.
What happens after you report
Once you report to the college by the deadline with all original documents, the college will verify your certificates. If everything matches, you will be admitted provisionally and your name will be registered in the college system.
You will then be required to pay the college fees (management quota fees vary by college, typically ₹15–25 lakhs for the full 4-year BDS course, but confirm with your college). After fee payment, you will receive your admission letter and be assigned your hostel (if applicable).
Classes have already started, so you will join mid-session. Attend all classes and practicals from day one to avoid falling behind.
- Report to college with original documents by 4 PM on 16-10-2026
- College verifies your certificates
- Pay college fees (amount varies; confirm with your college)
- Receive admission letter and hostel assignment
- Begin classes immediately
What if you are not on this list?
If your name does not appear on this Phase-1 allotment list, it means you have not been allotted a seat in this round. This could be because: (1) Your rank was not high enough for any of your choices in this phase, (2) You did not fill your choice form during counselling, (3) You are eligible for a later phase (Phase-2, Phase-3, etc.), or (4) You are on the waiting list.
Check the university website or your counselling portal for information about Phase-2 and later rounds. The university will announce the schedule for the next phase separately. Do not assume your counselling is over — you may get a seat in a later round.
- Check the university website for Phase-2 schedule
- Log into your counselling portal to see your status
- If you are on a waiting list, wait for the next phase
- Do not miss announcements about future rounds
Important notes on the allotment process
This is a Management Quota allotment, which means these are private seats filled by the university through counselling. The fees are higher than government quota seats, but the admission process is the same.
The allotment is provisional until your documents are verified. Even if your name is on this list, your seat is not confirmed until the college verifies your original certificates and finds no discrepancies.
If you reject this allotment (by not reporting by the deadline), you cannot claim it back later. The seat will go to the next candidate on the waiting list.
- This is a provisional allotment only
- Allotment is confirmed only after document verification
- Missing the deadline = automatic rejection of your seat
- No seat can be claimed back after rejection

I am on the allotment list. What do I do now?
Immediately note your allotted college and the reporting deadline (4 PM on 16 October 2026). Gather all your original certificates (NEET score card, 10th, 12th, category certificate, local area certificate, etc.). Travel to your allotted college and report in person by the deadline with all documents. The college will verify your certificates on the day you report. Do not delay — classes have already started.
What happens if I miss the 16 October 4 PM deadline?
Your provisional allotment will be cancelled immediately. You will lose your seat, and it will be offered to the next candidate on the waiting list. You cannot claim the seat back later. There is no grace period or extension.
Can I report a day late if I have a valid reason?
No. The notice is clear: the last date to report is 16 October 2026 by 4 PM. There is no mention of any extension or exception. If you cannot make it by then, you will lose your seat. Plan your travel and documentation now to avoid any last-minute rush.
What documents do I need to bring for verification?
Bring all original certificates: NEET admit card and score card, 10th and 12th class certificates, category certificate (if applicable), local area certificate (if claiming AP local area status), caste certificate, income certificate (if applicable), transfer certificate, character certificate, medical fitness certificate (if required), passport-size photographs, and Aadhar card or government ID. Do not bring photocopies — the college will verify originals only.
What if there is a discrepancy between my submitted documents and my original certificates?
Your provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action will be taken as per university regulations. This could include debarment from future counselling rounds. Check all your submitted documents NOW against your originals. If you spot any error (wrong name spelling, wrong date of birth, wrong category, etc.), contact the university immediately to correct it before you report to the college.
I am not on this list. Does that mean I did not get a seat?
Not necessarily. This is Phase-1 only. You may be allotted in Phase-2 or later rounds. Check the university website for the Phase-2 schedule. Log into your counselling portal to see your status and whether you are on a waiting list. Do not assume your counselling is over.
What does the allotment code like 'ANDV - MBBS - B1-1' mean?
ANDV is the college code (Anil Neerukonda Institute, Visakhapatnam). MBBS is the course (BDS is shown as MBBS in the allotment details). B1-1 means you are in batch B1, section 1. This determines your class timing and group for practicals. Check the college list in the notice to find the full name and location of your college.
How much will I have to pay as fees?
Management Quota fees vary by college, typically ₹15–25 lakhs for the full 4-year BDS course. The exact amount depends on your college. Contact your allotted college directly to confirm the fee structure and payment schedule. You will be required to pay fees after your documents are verified and you are admitted.
Can I change my allotted college or batch?
The notice does not mention any provision for changing your allotment. Your allotment is final based on your NEET rank, category, and choices. If you have a genuine issue, contact the university or your college immediately, but do not expect a change. Report to your allotted college as assigned.
Classes have already started on 24 September. Will I be able to catch up?
Yes, but you will need to work hard. The college will not repeat classes for late joiners. Attend all classes and practicals from day one, and ask your seniors and teachers for notes and guidance on what you missed. Start studying immediately after you join.
What if my name is spelled differently in my certificates than in the allotment list?
This is a discrepancy that could lead to cancellation of your allotment. Contact the university immediately to correct your name in the system before you report to the college. Bring all your original certificates to show the correct spelling. Do not assume the college will overlook this — it is a common reason for allotment cancellation.
I am from outside Andhra Pradesh. Does that affect my allotment?
Your local area status (AP or Others) is shown in the allotment list. If you are from outside AP, you are marked as 'Others' and compete on a different merit list with fewer seats. Your allotment is based on this status. If your local area status is wrong, contact the university immediately to correct it.
If your name is on this allotment list, your next step is clear: gather all your original documents and report to your allotted college by 4 PM on 16 October 2026. Do not delay — missing this deadline will result in automatic cancellation of your seat. Verify all your submitted documents against your originals NOW to catch any discrepancies before you report. If you are not on this list, check the university website for Phase-2 and later rounds. Contact your allotted college or the university immediately if you have any questions or concerns.
