A real college list, built from real closing ranks
No static PDFs, no averaged guesses. Every seat is grounded in the official round-wise allotment data — here's exactly how your list is built.
Real closing ranks — nothing synthetic
We index 2.9 lakh+ official round-wise closing ranks from MCC and every state's 2023, 2024 and 2025 PG allotments, linked to 2,102 real colleges.
Per-round, per-year, not a single number
Every seat carries its Round 1 → Stray closing rank for all three years, so you see how each cut-off actually moved — never a lone averaged figure.
Your category & quota, resolved correctly
The engine maps your category to the right reserved families (EWS/OBC/SC/ST) and only shows quotas you can actually take — AIQ + your state + deemed/DNB.
An honest admit-probability
Each seat is graded High (you clear its sharpest close comfortably), Medium (within the last-round close) or Reach (just beyond) — so you plan, not gamble.
Branch-wise AIQ 2025 closing ranks
The sharpest (top-college) open All India Quota closing rank for each branch in 2025. Seats open at looser ranks in other colleges, states, deemed seats and later rounds — the predictor maps every one of them to your rank.

Bands are indicative and shift with each year's difficulty and seat matrix. Enter your real score/rank above for a seat-level list.
NEET-PG quotas, explained
Your seat can come from any of these. The predictor shows only the quotas you're eligible for, each with its own real closing ranks.
All India Quota (50%)
Half of every government PG seat, allotted centrally by MCC on your All India Rank — open to candidates from any state.
State Quota (50%)
The other half of government seats, run by each state's own counselling on state merit + domicile. Home-state candidates get the looser closing ranks here.
Deemed & Paid Seats
Deemed universities admit via MCC on rank, but at paid tuition. Closing ranks are far looser than government AIQ — a real route for mid-rank scorers.
DNB (NBEMS)
Diplomate of National Board seats in accredited hospitals, filled through MCC's DNB counselling. Recognised equal to MD/MS for practice and teaching.
Management / NRI
Private & deemed management and NRI tiers — highest fees, loosest ranks. Shown only when you're eligible so your list stays honest.
Minority & In-service
Institutional, minority (Muslim/Christian/Jain) and in-service (for serving MOs) quotas at specific colleges, with their own merit lists.
PG fees at a glance
Closing rank and fee move together — the predictor shows both on every unlocked seat so you weigh them side by side.
Government (AIQ + State)
₹25K – ₹2L / yr
Lowest fees; sharpest closing ranks. The target for most rankers.
Deemed — paid seat
₹12L – ₹30L / yr
Looser ranks, high tuition; a genuine seat for mid ranks.
DNB (NBEMS)
₹1.25L – ₹3L / yr
Hospital-based, MD/MS-equivalent, modest fees.
Management / NRI
₹20L – ₹50L+ / yr
Loosest ranks, highest fees; deemed & private.
NEET-PG counselling roadmap
How the seats you unlock actually get filled — and where your predicted list fits at each step.
- 1
Result & rank
NBEMS declares your score and All India Rank. Run the predictor to turn that rank into a real seat list.
- 2
MCC AIQ — Round 1 & 2
50% All India Quota + deemed + DNB + central seats. Fill choices by your High/Medium seats first; they close sharpest here.
- 3
State counselling
Runs in parallel — 50% state quota on domicile + state merit. Your home-state list closes looser; don't skip it.
- 4
MCC Round 3 & Stray
Vacancies and upgrades. Reach seats from your list often become gettable as higher rankers vacate.
- 5

NEET-PG College Predictor — questions
How accurate is the NEET-PG College Predictor?+
It runs on real, official round-wise closing ranks — 2.9 lakh+ of them from MCC and every state's 2023–2025 PG allotments across 2,102 colleges — not a synthetic model. For each seat we show the actual Round 1 to Stray closing rank for all three years, so you judge a college on its real history, not a single averaged figure.
Is the NEET-PG College Predictor free?+
You can run it and see a live preview — the real total number of seats you'd get, the branch/quota/state breakdown and admit-probability split — for free. Unlocking the full personalised list with every college name, closing-rank matrix and fee is a one-time ₹1,999.
What does the ₹1,999 unlock include?+
The complete list of every MD, MS, DNB and diploma seat within reach of your rank across All India Quota, all 35 state counsellings, deemed and DNB — each with college name, admit-probability, round-wise 2023–25 closing ranks, annual fees and full filters. One payment, unlimited re-runs.
Does it cover state quota and deemed colleges, or only MCC?+
Both. We combine MCC's 50% All India Quota with each state's 50% state-quota counselling, plus deemed universities, DNB (NBEMS), management and NRI tiers. Set your domicile state and we surface the looser home-state closing ranks you're eligible for.
Do I need my rank, or can I use my score?+
Either. Enter your NEET-PG All India Rank directly, or enter your score out of 720 and we convert it to a projected AIR using our NEET-PG 2025 curve before predicting colleges.
What rank do I need for Radiology or General Medicine?+
In AIQ 2025, the sharpest (top-college) open closing ranks were about AIR 46 for Radio-Diagnosis and AIR 49 for General Medicine. Seats in these branches open up at progressively looser ranks in other colleges, states, deemed seats and later rounds — the predictor shows you exactly which.
How does the predictor handle reserved categories?+
Pick your category (General/EWS/OBC/SC/ST) and the engine matches the correct reserved seat families for each counselling and shows the category-specific closing ranks, which are looser than the open cut-offs.
Is DNB included and is it worth taking?+
Yes — DNB (NBEMS) seats are filled through MCC's DNB counselling and are recognised as equivalent to MD/MS for practice, PG teaching and super-speciality eligibility. They close at looser ranks and modest fees, so they're a strong option for mid-rank candidates.
What are the admit-probability grades?+
High means your rank clears that seat's sharpest closing rank comfortably; Medium means you're within its last-round (loosest) close; Reach means the seat is just beyond your rank and may need a later round or a lucky vacancy.
How current is the data?+
The predictor is calibrated on the just-concluded NEET-PG 2025 cycle, with 2024 and 2023 shown alongside for trend. Closing ranks shift year to year, so we show all three so you can read the direction, not just one snapshot.
Will it show fees?+
Yes. Each unlocked seat shows the annual tuition for that quota tier — government, deemed paid-seat, DNB or management/NRI — so you compare cost and closing rank together.
Can lower rankers (AIR 50,000+) get a seat?+
Yes. Non-clinical branches (Pathology, Community Medicine, Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology), DNB and deemed paid seats routinely close at ranks well beyond 50,000. The predictor is built to surface exactly those realistic options.
Does it work for super-speciality (MCh/DrNB)?+
The core list covers MD/MS/DNB/Diploma broad-speciality seats. MCh and DrNB entries present in our data are shown too, but NEET-SS is a separate exam — treat those as reference.
How is this different from the closing-ranks tool?+
The closing-ranks tool lets you look up one college's history. The College Predictor turns your rank into a ranked, filtered, probability-scored shortlist of every seat you can get across all counsellings at once — a plan, not a lookup.
Can a counsellor use this for me?+
Yes — MedAdmit's counselling team runs the same engine in the CRM to build and validate your choice list. Get your list first, then take it into a strategy session.
