Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of medadmit.in and any MedAdmit tool or counselling service. By creating an account, using a predictor tool, or making a payment, you agree to them.

Effective 10 August 2026 · AdmitHive Private Limited (operating MedAdmit)

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing medadmit.in, signing up, using any predictor tool, or purchasing counselling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who we are

MedAdmit is operated by AdmitHive Private Limited, registered office 630 & 631, Tower B, Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304. Throughout these terms, “MedAdmit”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AdmitHive Private Limited, and “you” refers to anyone using the service.

3. What MedAdmit is (and isn't)

MedAdmit provides information and tools to help NEET-UG (and related) aspirants navigate medical, dental and allied-health admissions in India — rank and college estimate tools, exam/college/course information, and paid counselling assistance (document review, choice-filling support, and guidance through official counselling rounds).

MedAdmit is not the National Medical Commission (NMC), the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), NTA, NBE, DCI, INC, PCI, or any state counselling/admission authority, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of them. All admission, seat allotment, fee and eligibility decisions rest solely with those official bodies. College data, fees, cutoffs and seat matrices shown on MedAdmit are compiled for informational purposes and may change — always verify with the official source before making an admission decision.

4. Your account

  • You sign in with a phone number verified by OTP — no password is stored. Keep your phone number secure; anyone with access to it can access your account.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us — your marks, rank, category, domicile, and any document you upload. Predictor results and counselling guidance are only as good as the information you provide.
  • One account per person. You must be old enough to legally use online services in India, or use MedAdmit with the involvement of a parent/guardian, which we expect for most NEET-aged users.
  • You agree not to impersonate anyone else or provide someone else’s exam details without their authorisation.

5. Products & pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current products:

  • College Predictor — a one-time paid unlock showing your matched college list based on your rank, category and preferences.
  • Rank Predictor / re-check — a paid unlock for additional rank estimate attempts.
  • Counselling package — a paid, counsellor-assisted service covering document verification, registration support, and choice-filling guidance for MCC and/or your state counselling authority, for the current admission cycle.

Prices may change at any time for future purchases; a price change does not affect a purchase you have already made. Where a counsellor offers you a discount, it applies only to that specific payment link and does not set a price for anyone else.

6. Payments

All payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials. A payment is confirmed once Razorpay confirms it to us — if money leaves your account but you do not receive confirmation, contact us before assuming the payment failed. See our Refund Policy for what happens if you want your money back.

7. Predictor tools — accuracy

Our rank and college predictors are estimates built from historical cutoff data, official NEET normalisation patterns, and the details you provide. They are decision-support tools, not a guarantee of any specific rank, college, or seat. Actual outcomes depend on that year’s exam difficulty, seat matrix, category-wise reservation, and decisions made by the official counselling authorities, none of which MedAdmit controls. Do not treat a predictor result as a certainty when making irreversible decisions (like withdrawing from another option).

8. Counselling services

What’s included

A paid counselling package gets you an assigned counsellor, document review against your target authority’s requirements, guidance on registration and the official counselling timeline, and support building your choice-filling order. Sessions may be conducted by phone or video call.

What’s not guaranteed

MedAdmit does not guarantee admission to any specific college, a specific rank-based outcome, or the availability of any seat. Seat allotment is decided entirely by the official counselling authority (MCC or the relevant state body) based on your rank, category, domicile, the choices you submit, and that round’s seat matrix — factors outside MedAdmit’s control. Choices you submit on the official portal are your responsibility; our role is to advise, not to act as your legal guardian or make the final submission decision without your explicit confirmation.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete documents on time — counselling has hard official deadlines we don’t control.
  • Review and confirm your choice list before it’s submitted on the official portal — you make the final call.
  • Tell us immediately about anything that changes your eligibility (e.g. a category or domicile correction from the official authority).

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use MedAdmit for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false NEET/academic details.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account, data, or documents.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our college database, cutoffs, or predictor outputs for a competing commercial service.
  • Interfere with the security or normal operation of the website or portal (e.g. attempting to bypass payment or entitlement checks).
  • Abuse our OTP system (e.g. requesting excessive OTPs to a number you don’t control).

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates this section.

10. Intellectual property

The MedAdmit name, logo, website design, and our compiled college/cutoff/fee database are our property or that of our licensors. Underlying official data (like NEET cutoffs or NMC seat matrices) belongs to the respective government bodies; our compilation and presentation of it is ours. You may use the site for your personal admission research; you may not reproduce it at scale for another product or service without our written permission.

11. Third-party links & content

MedAdmit links to official government/authority websites and may reference third-party sources for cutoffs, fees or news. We aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any site we don’t operate.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

MedAdmit is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any predictor result or piece of college information is fully accurate or current. You use predictor outputs and published data at your own discretion, alongside official sources.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedAdmit and its officers, employees and counsellors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including a missed admission opportunity, a college seat you didn’t get, or a decision you made based on a predictor estimate. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MedAdmit harmless from any claim or demand arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or inaccurate information you provided to us.

15. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, attempt to defraud us or another user, or misuse the platform. You may stop using MedAdmit, or request account deletion, at any time — see our Privacy Policy. Ending your account does not entitle you to a refund beyond what’s described in our Refund Policy.

16. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer-protection forum you’re entitled to use, courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms. We encourage you to first raise any issue with us directly at info@medadmit.in so we can try to resolve it without escalation.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of MedAdmit after an update means you accept the revised terms. For a service you’ve already purchased (like an active counselling package), the terms in force at the time of your purchase continue to apply to that service.
