What is this allotment list?

This is the official Phase-II allotment list released by Dr. N.T.R. University of Health Sciences for BDS (dental) seats in Andhra Pradesh for the 2026-27 academic year. Phase-II is a second round of counselling and allotment, typically for candidates who did not accept seats in Phase-I or who are being allotted for the first time in this round.

The list shows which candidate has been allotted which college and which specific seat (identified by a code like 'ANDV - BDS - B1-1'). The allotment is based on your NEET UG rank, your category (OC, BC, SC, ST, etc.), whether you are from Andhra Pradesh (local area = AP), and the availability of seats at each college.

This is a provisional allotment only. It becomes final only after you report to the college, your original certificates are verified by the Principal, and you complete the admission formalities.

Which colleges are included in this allotment?

The Phase-II allotment covers 14 dental colleges across Andhra Pradesh. These include both government and private institutions. Each college has been assigned a code for easy reference on the allotment list.

How to find your name on the allotment list

See My Colleges

The allotment list is organized by college. Each college section shows a table with columns for S.No. (serial number), NEET Rank, NEET Roll No., Score, Name of Candidate, Gender, Category, Local Area, Allotment Details, and Phase.

To find yourself: (1) Search for your NEET Roll Number or your name in the list. (2) Note the college code and allotment details shown in your row. (3) Check the 'Phase' column to confirm you are in Phase-1 or Phase-2. (4) If you do not find your name, you have not been allotted a seat in this round and should wait for further counselling rounds or check the university website for updates.

Understanding your allotment details

Each allotted candidate is assigned an 'Allotment Details' code. This code tells you the college, course, and the specific seat you have been allotted. For example, 'ANDV - BDS - B1-1' means: ANDV (Anil Neerukonda Institute), BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), B1-1 (a specific seat in the B category, batch 1, seat 1).

The 'Phase' column shows whether you were allotted in Phase-1 or Phase-2. Phase-1 candidates may have already reported; Phase-2 is the current round. If you are in Phase-2, you must report now.

Critical deadline: Report by 3:00 PM on 20 October 2026

This is the most important date. You must report to your allotted college in person by 3:00 PM on 20 October 2026. This is a hard deadline. If you do not report by this time, your provisional allotment will be cancelled automatically, and you will lose your seat. No extensions or late reporting will be accepted.

Reporting means physically going to the college, meeting the Principal or admission officer, and beginning the admission process. Simply sending documents or calling the college is not reporting.

What to bring when you report to the college

When you report to your allotted college, you must bring your original certificates for verification. The Principal will check these documents against your application. If there is any discrepancy—a certificate is missing, forged, or does not match your application—your allotment will be cancelled immediately and action will be taken as per university regulations.

The university notice does not specify exactly which documents are required, but typically you will need: (1) Original NEET UG admit card and score card. (2) Original 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates. (3) Original caste/category certificate (if applicable). (4) Original domicile certificate (if applicable). (5) Original medical fitness certificate. (6) Passport-size photographs. (7) Any other documents mentioned in the counselling information brochure. Contact your allotted college immediately to confirm the exact list of documents required.

Important: Classes have already started

Classes for BDS began on 24 September 2026. This means you are joining mid-session. You will be expected to catch up with the curriculum from day one. Do not delay your reporting, as you will fall further behind.

What happens if your certificates do not match your application?

The university notice explicitly states: 'Verification of original certificates will be conducted by the Principal at the college during admission and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action will be initiated as per University Regulations.'

This means if the Principal finds that your original certificates do not match what you submitted in your application—for example, your caste certificate shows a different caste, your 10th mark sheet shows a different score, or a certificate is missing—your allotment will be cancelled on the spot. You will not be admitted, and you may face further action by the university. This is a serious consequence. Ensure all your documents are genuine and match your application exactly.

Category and local area eligibility

Your allotment is based on your category (OC = Open/General, BC = Backward Caste, SC = Scheduled Caste, ST = Scheduled Tribe, and sub-categories like BCA, BCB, BCC, BCD, BCE, SC2, SC3) and your local area status (AP = Andhra Pradesh local, or 'Others' = non-local). The allotment list shows your category and local area. If you believe your category or local area status is incorrect, contact the university immediately before reporting to the college. Do not report if you think there is an error—clarify first.

What if you do not want to accept this allotment?

If you have been allotted a seat but do not wish to accept it, you must inform the university in writing before the reporting deadline. However, the notice does not specify a procedure for rejection. Contact Dr. N.T.R. University immediately to ask how to formally reject your allotment. If you simply do not report, your allotment will be cancelled, but you may not be eligible for future rounds. It is better to formally reject than to ignore the allotment.

Next steps after reporting to the college

After you report and your certificates are verified, the college will guide you through the remaining admission steps, which typically include: (1) Payment of admission fees and tuition fees. (2) Completion of admission forms. (3) Registration with the university. (4) Hostel allotment (if applicable). (5) Orientation and induction. The college will provide a detailed schedule and fee structure. Keep all receipts and documents safe.
