Unlock My College ListWhat is this allotment list?
This is the official college-wise allotment result for MBBS and BDS seats under Management Quota in the Mop-Up phase of counselling for the 2026-27 academic year in Telangana. The Mop-Up phase is the final round of seat allocation, designed to fill any remaining vacant seats after the main and subsequent counselling rounds.
Management Quota seats are those that participating private and deemed medical and dental colleges in Telangana fill through their own selection process, separate from the state counselling. If you applied for management-quota seats and participated in this mop-up round, your allotment status is now available in this list.
How to check your allotment
Know the exact MBBS/BDS colleges your rank can get
Official 2023–2025 closing ranks and fees, matched to your rank.
Visit the official KNRUHS website at www.knruhs.telangana.gov.in and locate the allotment result link for the Mop-Up phase Management Quota counselling. The allotment list is organized college-wise, so you will need to find your college name and then search for your roll number or registration number within that college's section.
Download or view the PDF document and carefully check whether your name and roll number appear against any college and course (MBBS or BDS). Note the college name, course, and any instructions about reporting and document verification.
What to do if you are allotted a seat
If your name appears in the allotment list, you have been assigned a seat at the college and in the course shown against your name. You must report to that college within the deadline announced by KNRUHS (check the official portal or your college's website for the exact date and time). Failure to report on time may result in your seat being cancelled.
Bring all original documents — your NEET admit card, NEET scorecard, 10th and 12th mark sheets, caste certificate (if applicable), income certificate (if applicable), and any other document your college has asked for — along with photocopies. Your college will verify these documents before confirming your admission.
What if you are not allotted a seat?
If your name does not appear in the allotment list, it means no management-quota seat was available for you in this mop-up round. This does not mean you cannot pursue MBBS or BDS; you may still be eligible for other counselling rounds or other quota categories if they are announced.

Important: verify your details carefully
When you check the allotment list, make sure the name, roll number, and other details match your NEET registration exactly. If there is any discrepancy or if you believe there is an error, contact KNRUHS immediately with proof of your registration and NEET scorecard.
Do not assume you are allotted if you see a similar name; always cross-check your exact roll number and NEET registration number.

What is the Mop-Up phase in NEET UG counselling?
The Mop-Up phase is the final round of seat allocation in counselling. It is held after the main and subsequent rounds to fill any remaining vacant seats. This is your last chance to secure a seat in the current admission cycle.
What is Management Quota in MBBS and BDS admissions?
Management Quota seats are those that private and deemed medical and dental colleges fill through their own selection process, independent of state counselling. These seats are not part of the state merit-based allocation and have their own eligibility and fee structure.
How do I check if I am allotted a seat in the Mop-Up phase?
Visit www.knruhs.telangana.gov.in, find the Mop-Up phase Management Quota allotment list, locate your college name, and search for your roll number or registration number within that college's section. If your name appears, you are allotted.
What should I do immediately after I see my allotment?
Note the college name, course (MBBS or BDS), and the reporting date and time. Gather all your original documents — NEET admit card, scorecard, mark sheets, caste/income certificates — and report to your college on time. Missing the deadline may result in cancellation of your seat.
What documents do I need to bring when I report to my allotted college?
Bring your NEET admit card, NEET scorecard, 10th and 12th mark sheets, caste certificate (if applicable), income certificate (if applicable), and any other document your college has specified. Bring both originals and photocopies.
What if my name is not in the allotment list?

Can I appeal or request a change if I am allotted to a college I did not want?
The allotment in the Mop-Up phase is final. However, check the KNRUHS website for any official appeal or modification window. If no such window is announced, you must accept the allotment or forfeit your seat.
Is the Mop-Up phase allotment the last round of counselling?
Yes, the Mop-Up phase is typically the final round of counselling for the current admission cycle. After this, no further counselling rounds are usually held unless KNRUHS announces a special round.
What happens if I do not report to my allotted college on time?
If you miss the reporting deadline, your seat will be cancelled and offered to the next candidate on the waitlist. You will lose your opportunity to join that college in this admission cycle.
