What was released on 23 September?
Two things went live together: Round 3 registration on the state portal, and the Round 3 vacant seat matrix — the list of MBBS/BDS seats left after Round 2 candidates were allotted and joined, plus any seats freed by resignations and upgrades. The board also published a dedicated vacant seat matrix for PwBD/PwD (persons with benchmark disability) seats. The vacant seat matrix is the single most useful document for Round 3 choice filling.

Who needs to register, and who doesn't
- Candidates already registered in Round 1 or Round 2 do NOT need to register again — they can go straight to fresh Round 3 choice filling.
- Fresh candidates and those who never registered must complete Round 3 registration and pay the ₹2,500 fee by 4 PM on 3 October.
- Fresh choices are mandatory for everyone: choices from earlier rounds do not carry forward to Round 3.
- Keep the ₹5-lakh MBBS security deposit ready for choice filling, as set in the Round 3 schedule.
Step-by-step for Round 3
- Log in to ug.neetrajasthan.com; register and pay if you are a fresh candidate (by 4 PM, 3 October).
- Open the Round 3 vacant seat matrix (and the PwBD/PwD matrix if applicable) and note the colleges and seats available.
- Fill and lock fresh Round 3 choices between 24 September and 7 October, ordered by genuine preference.
- Watch for the allotment result in the second week of October, then report/join as per the board's instructions.
