Unlock My College ListWhat is the Provisional State Merit List?
The Provisional State Merit List is the official ranking and seat-allotment result for Round 3 of NEET UG 2026 counselling in Rajasthan. It shows all candidates who have been provisionally offered a seat in an MBBS or BDS college based on their NEET score, category (General, OBC, SC, ST), and the available seats in this round.
This list is called 'provisional' because it is subject to verification — candidates must submit their original documents and complete the verification process to confirm their seat. Until verification is done, the allotment is not final.
Where to Check Your Name and Rank
The Provisional State Merit List for Round 3 is published on the official Rajasthan NEET UG counselling portal: ug.neetrajasthan.com. You can access it directly from the notifications or results section of the portal.
To find your name, you will need your NEET roll number or registration number. Search for your name in the list and note your rank, category, and the college and course (MBBS or BDS) you have been allotted.

What Happens After the Merit List is Published?
After the Provisional State Merit List is published, candidates whose names appear on it must proceed to the next stage: verification and document submission. The board will announce specific dates and instructions for verification. You must report to your allotted college or the designated verification centre with your original documents (mark sheets, category certificate, domicile, etc.) to confirm your seat.
Candidates who do not appear for verification within the announced deadline will lose their seat, and it will be offered to the next candidate on the merit list. It is critical that you check the list immediately and note the verification schedule.
- Check if your name appears on the list
- Note the college and course allotted to you
- Wait for the board's announcement of verification dates and venue
- Prepare all required original documents
- Report for verification on time
Important: This is a Provisional List — Verification is Mandatory
The word 'provisional' is crucial. Your name on this list does NOT guarantee your seat. The allotment becomes final only after you have completed document verification and the board has confirmed your eligibility. If your documents do not match the information in your NEET application, or if you do not appear for verification, your seat will be cancelled.
Do not assume your seat is confirmed. Treat this list as the start of the final step — verification — not the end.

What to Do If Your Name Does Not Appear
If your name does not appear on the Provisional State Merit List for Round 3, it means you have not been allotted a seat in this round. This can happen if your NEET rank is below the cutoff for your category in the available seats, or if you did not register for counselling, or if you were allotted a seat in an earlier round and did not participate in Round 3.
Check the board's announcements to see if there will be a Round 4 or if any additional seats are being offered. You may also contact the counselling board directly for clarification on your status.
- Check if you registered for Round 3 counselling
- Verify your NEET rank and category
- Wait for announcements on further rounds
- Contact the board if you believe there is an error

Once you confirm your name on the merit list, begin gathering all original documents you will need for verification. Keep all documents in a safe place and check the board's website regularly for the exact verification schedule, venue, and any additional instructions. Do not delay — verification windows are usually short, and missing the deadline will result in loss of your seat.
