What changed and why

Because a wrong or incomplete PwD certificate upload can change whether a candidate is eligible for PwD reservation, or which category a seat is allotted under, MCC has corrected the result and published this Revised Provisional Result. What every candidate must do now
This applies to all candidates who participated in Round 1 of NEET UG 2026 counselling — not only PwD candidates — because the revision replaces the earlier provisional result altogether.
- Log in to the Candidate Login Portal and open the Revised Provisional Result carefully.
- Check the seat, college, course and category shown against your name, and compare it with what you expected based on your rank and choices.

- Do this only through the 'Candidates Grievances and Query Redressal System' available on the Candidate Login Portal — not by email or phone.

MCC has given a very short window to flag problems: any discrepancy in the revised provisional result must be brought to MCC's notice by 8:00 AM on 22 August 2026. This is a strict cut-off — after this, MCC will move ahead based on this result. Why this is still 'provisional' — and what that means for you
MCC has explicitly warned that the Revised Provisional Result is only indicative and subject to further change. This means the seat shown in this result is not final and can still be altered before the Final Result is released.
Because of this, candidates cannot claim any legal right over the seat shown in the revised provisional result, and this result cannot be challenged in a Court of Law. In practical terms: do not treat this as your confirmed admission, and do not make any irreversible decisions — like withdrawing from other options, paying non-refundable fees elsewhere, or informing your school/other counselling processes that you have a seat — based on this result alone.
Do not go to the college yet
MCC has clearly instructed candidates to approach the allotted college or institute only after the Final Result is declared — not based on this provisional or revised provisional result. Travelling to the college now, or trying to report/admit yourself based on the revised provisional result, is premature and not advised by MCC. Wait for the official Final Result announcement, and then follow the reporting instructions that will come with it.
