What is happening in MCC Round 3?
Round 3 is the third regular round of MCC's All India Quota counselling. Candidates register (or continue) on mcc.nic.in, pay the round fee and security deposit, and then fill fresh choices from the current vacancy list. MCC publishes the Round 3 seats in three parts — the Clear Vacancy list (seats definitely available), the Virtual Vacancy list (seats that may free up), and Newly Added seats (colleges/seats approved after earlier rounds). Because new seats have been added, it is worth re-checking the matrix carefully before you lock choices.

- Log in / register at mcc.nic.in and pay the Round 3 registration fee and security deposit before 27 September.
- Open the latest Round 3 seat matrix and study the Clear Vacancy, Virtual Vacancy and Newly Added seat lists.
- Add a wide, honestly-ordered choice list and LOCK it before 12:00 noon on 28 September — an unlocked list is not considered for allotment.
- Check your result on 30 September; if allotted, download the provisional allotment letter and note your reporting window.
- Report at the allotted college with all originals within MCC's reporting dates to confirm the seat.
