The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the second phase provisional allotment for MBBS and BDS courses for the 2026-27 academic year. This allotment covers state-quota seats in government medical and dental colleges, and all seats in private self-financing medical and dental colleges across Kerala. The allotment was prepared based on the online options (preferences) that candidates registered between 7 September 2026 and 11 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. If you registered your preferences during that window, your provisional allotment is now live on the CEE candidate portal. You have a narrow window to check your allotment, raise complaints if needed, and prepare for the next steps.

Your second phase provisional allotment for Kerala MBBS/BDS is now published on www.cee.kerala.gov.in — check it immediately, and file any complaints by 1:00 PM on 12 September 2026.

What is the second phase provisional allotment?

The second phase provisional allotment is the list of seats that have been assigned to candidates based on their merit rank and the preferences (options) they registered during the preference-entry window. This is called 'provisional' because it is not yet final — the CEE will review any complaints candidates file, correct errors if found, and then publish a final allotment.

This second phase allotment covers state-quota seats in government medical and dental colleges in Kerala, and all available seats in private self-financing medical and dental colleges in the state. If you are a Kerala domicile candidate or eligible for the state quota, your allotment will be in this list.

Which colleges and seats are included in this allotment?

The second phase allotment includes two categories of institutions:

1. Government Medical and Dental Colleges in Kerala — only the state-quota seats (not all-India quota or management quota seats).

2. Private Self-Financing Medical and Dental Colleges in Kerala — all available seats in these colleges.

  • Government medical/dental colleges: state-quota seats only
  • Private self-financing medical/dental colleges: all seats

2. Log in to the 'KEAM 2026 – Candidate Portal' using your credentials (registration number and password).

3. Click on the menu item 'Allotment List'.

  • Log in to KEAM 2026 Candidate Portal

Important: the complaint window — what you must do if there is an error

The provisional allotment is not final. If you spot an error — for example, if you were allotted a college you did not prefer, or if your rank or category appears wrong — you have a very short window to file a complaint.

Complaints must be submitted by email to ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in. The deadline is 1:00 PM on 12 September 2026. This is a hard deadline — complaints received after 1:00 PM will not be considered.

In your email, clearly describe the error you have found and provide your registration number, name, and any supporting details. The CEE will review all valid complaints, make corrections if warranted, and then publish the final allotment.

Do not wait. Check your allotment as soon as possible after this notification is published, so you have time to file a complaint if needed.

  • Email: ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in
  • Deadline: 1:00 PM on 12 September 2026 (hard deadline)
  • Include your registration number, name, and details of the error
  • Complaints after 1:00 PM will not be accepted

What happens after the complaint window closes?

After the CEE receives and reviews all complaints up to 1:00 PM on 12 September 2026, the authority will address valid complaints and make any necessary corrections to the allotment. Once this process is complete, the final allotment will be published on the same website.

The final allotment is binding. Candidates whose names appear in the final allotment will be required to report to their allotted college for document verification, fee payment, and admission formalities. The exact dates and procedures for reporting will be announced separately.
