How to Find Your Name and Allocation
The provisional allocation list is a large table with 948 rows. Category Certificates and Documents: Verify NOW
**This is the most critical step.** Many candidates lose their seats because their category certificates or other documents are invalid, outdated, or not in the prescribed format. The college admission committee will verify all your documents during the document verification stage. If any document is found to be incorrect or missing, you will **not be entitled to claim the benefit of your reserved category**, and your seat may be cancelled or downgraded.

What Happens Next: Document Verification and Admission

At document verification, you must bring: your NEET admit card, NEET result printout, 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates, category certificate (if applicable), domicile/residence certificate, medical fitness certificate, and any other documents listed in the prospectus.
The admission committee will check that all your documents are genuine, valid, and in the correct format. If any document is missing, invalid, or outdated, the committee may reject your claim to the reserved category or even cancel your allocation.
**Only after successful document verification will you be offered final admission.** You will then be required to pay the admission fee and complete the registration process to secure your seat.

Important: Supreme Court Supernumerary Seat at Chamba
In compliance with a Supreme Court order (Civil Appeal No. 2026 arising out of SLP (C) No. 18686 of 2023 — Sanjana Thakur & Others), the National Medical Commission (NMC) has created one supernumerary (extra) MBBS seat at Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru Government Medical College, Chamba. This seat has been allotted to Mr. Sanjana Thakur, D/o Sh. Gopal Singh, as per the Supreme Court's directions.
This supernumerary seat is in addition to the regular seats and does not affect the allocation of other candidates.

Quotas and Categories in This Allocation

Common Mistakes That Cost Candidates Their Seats
