How seat allotment is decided in the stray round
Seat allotment in the stray round is determined by a combination of factors: your position in the Bihar NEET merit list, the preferences you have filled, the availability of vacant seats in each college and course, and the reservation criteria applicable to your category. The allotment algorithm processes all eligible candidates' choices in order of their merit rank.
Candidates with higher merit ranks are considered first. If a seat in your first-choice college is available and matches your category eligibility, you will be allotted that seat. If not, the system moves to your second choice, and so on. This process ensures that seats are filled fairly and efficiently based on merit and preference.
