Grievance review: No discrepancies found
The university has stated that all grievances received from candidates have been examined by the Selection Committee, and no discrepancies were found in the allotments released. This means: (1) If you submitted a grievance (complaint) about your allotment or the counselling process, it has been reviewed. (2) The committee found no errors in the allotment process. (3) The allotments are final and will not be changed based on grievances.
If you believe there is an error in your allotment (e.g., wrong speciality, wrong college, wrong category), you should have raised it during the grievance period. That period has now closed. The allotments are now final.

Critical warning: Do not report to multiple colleges or counsellings
The notice explicitly states: 'Dual Reporting in Andhra Pradesh State counselling and other State counselling including AIQ will be seriously viewed.' This is a critical warning. If you have also been allotted a seat in another state's counselling (e.g., Maharashtra, Karnataka) or in the all-India quota (AIQ) counselling, you must choose only ONE and report to only ONE college.

This could happen for several reasons: (1) Your rank was not high enough to secure a seat in Phase-II. (2) You did not fill your choice form correctly or did not submit it. (3) You were allotted in Phase-I and reported, so you are not in Phase-II. (4) You declined your Phase-I allotment and are now in the waiting list for Phase-II.
If you were allotted in Phase-I and reported, you are already admitted — you do not need to do anything further. If you were allotted in Phase-I but did not report, your seat was cancelled and you are not eligible for Phase-II.
