How to exercise web options: Step-by-step process
Log in to the counselling portal using your registration credentials. You will need a computer with an internet connection — mobile access is not recommended for this process. Once logged in, you will see a list of all BDS colleges affiliated to KNRUHS where seats are available under Competent Authority Quota.
Select the colleges you wish to join, in order of your preference. There is no limit on the number of colleges you can choose — you can select as many as you are interested in. University fee and payment process
Once you are allotted a seat, you must pay the university fee of ₹12,000 (Rupees Twelve Thousand only) to confirm your admission. Critical trap: Non-participation and non-joining consequences
This is the most important rule to understand: if you do not exercise web options in this first phase of counselling, you will NOT be eligible to exercise web options in any subsequent phase. This is a permanent bar — you cannot participate in future counselling rounds.
