Why Some Candidates Were Marked 'Not Eligible' — Read This Carefully
Eight candidates in this notice were marked Not Eligible even though they had applied and uploaded documents. The reasons given are almost entirely about certificate quality and government-approved sources — not about NEET score. Candidates Marked Absent for Physical Verification
Seven candidates have been marked Not Eligible with the remark 'Absent' because they did not attend physical verification of their documents. Uploading a scanned certificate online is not the final step — candidates under this quota must also appear in person for the Scouts & Guides Department to physically check the original certificate.
This is a critical trap: even a candidate with a strong NEET score and a genuinely valid certificate loses eligibility for this quota simply by missing the physical verification, regardless of the reason for absence.
