The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has published the Provisional State Rank List for Medical and Medical Allied courses for the year 2026, based on NEET UG 2026 scores. This list covers candidates who submitted their online application and NEET UG 2026 score to CEE within the deadline set earlier. This is a provisional (not final) list — it is a step before the actual seat allotment, which will be conducted separately by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for MBBS/BDS or the Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) for Ayurveda courses. Candidates who find an error in their entry can send a complaint by email before the deadline. Being on this list does not by itself guarantee a seat — final eligibility is checked again at the time of admission.

What has been published, and where to check it
CEE has released the Provisional State Medical and Ayurveda Rank List, prepared using each candidate's NEET UG 2026 score. It is available on the official CEE website, www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
Only candidates who did both of the following are included: (a) submitted an online application to CEE, and (b) submitted their NEET UG 2026 score to CEE, within the time limit set for this purpose. If you missed either step, you will not appear on this list.
The rank list for regular Medical courses (MBBS/BDS and related) is prepared under KEAM Prospectus clause 9.7.4(d)(i) and (ii). The rank list for Ayurveda (BAMS) is prepared separately under clause 9.7.4(e).
Found a mistake in your rank list entry? Here's the window to complain
If you believe there is an error in your provisional rank list entry — wrong category, wrong score, missing name, or any other discrepancy — you must raise it now, not later.
Complaints must be sent by email to ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in, and must include your application number and name. The deadline is 14 August 2026, 2:00 PM. Complaints sent without the application number, or after this cut-off, may not be considered — so double-check your entry immediately and act well before the deadline.
Minimum NEET percentile you must have to qualify for Medical courses
To be eligible for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BSMS and BUMS through this list, you must meet a minimum percentile in NEET UG 2026, as fixed by the NEET UG 2026 Information Bulletin. These thresholds vary by category and by disability status. Missing your applicable percentile means you do not qualify for these courses, even if you appear in the rank list.

Different rule for Medical Allied courses (Agriculture, Veterinary, Fisheries and similar)
A separate, lower bar applies for a specific group of courses the notice calls 'Medical Allied Courses'. These are: Agriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Co-operation & Banking, Climate Change and Environmental Science, Integrated Biology & Microbiology, B.Tech Biotechnology (under Kerala Agricultural University), Veterinary, and Fisheries.
For these courses, a candidate needs to score a minimum of 20 marks in NEET UG 2026, as per KEAM Prospectus clause 9.7.5(iii). SC/ST candidates are exempt from this minimum-marks requirement altogether for these Allied courses.
Important trap: this relaxation is not automatic for everyone who claims SC/ST or scores 20 marks. Only candidates who are actually included in the Medical and Medical Allied category list published by CEE will be considered eligible for these relaxations. If your name is not in that specific list, the relaxation claim will not be accepted.
Being on the rank list does not mean your seat is confirmed
CEE has explicitly warned that inclusion in the rank list does not entitle a candidate to admission. Every candidate must separately satisfy all eligibility conditions laid down in the KEAM Prospectus 2026 at the time of actual admission — not just at the rank-list stage.
In particular, the academic eligibility conditions under Prospectus clause 6.2 will be checked again when you come up for allotment and document verification. If you fail to meet any of these conditions at that stage, you can be denied admission even if your name is on the rank list with a good rank.
What happens next — the actual seat allotment
This provisional rank list is not the allotment. The actual seat allotment for Medical courses will begin as per a separate schedule to be published by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for MBBS/BDS, or the Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) for Ayush courses, depending on which course you are applying for.
CEE has advised all candidates to keep checking the CEE website regularly for further notifications and updates about the allotment process, since dates and steps for the next stage have not been announced in this notice.

Does being on the provisional rank list guarantee me a seat?

When will actual seat allotment start?

Is this rank list for BAMS, BHMS and BUMS as well, or only MBBS/BDS?
It covers Medical courses (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BSMS/BUMS) together, though the Medical rank list and the Ayurveda rank list are prepared under different prospectus clauses (9.7.4(d) for Medical, 9.7.4(e) for Ayurveda).
I missed submitting my NEET score to CEE earlier — will I be on this list?
No. Only candidates who submitted both their online application and their NEET UG 2026 score to CEE within the earlier stipulated time are included in this provisional rank list.
Check your provisional rank list entry on the CEE website right away, and if anything looks wrong, email your complaint with your application number before the 14 August 2026, 2:00 PM deadline.
