Security Deposit: How Much You Must Pay and When
Every candidate who wishes to participate in Round 2 must deposit a security amount online. The amount depends on which colleges you want to apply for. If you want to apply only for State Quota seats in government or government-aided medical and dental colleges, you must deposit ₹10,000. How to Register and Submit Your Choices
Registration and choice submission happen entirely online through the admission portal at https://uhsrugcounselling.com. If you are a fresh candidate (did not register in Round 1), you must register now. If you already registered in Round 1, you do not register again—instead, you log in and indicate your willingness to participate in Round 2. This willingness option will appear on your login dashboard.
After registration or indicating willingness, you must edit any information if needed, deposit your security amount, and then submit your choices (preferences) for colleges and courses. You can list colleges in order of preference—the system will allocate you the highest-ranked college for which you are eligible based on your NEET rank and category.
