The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has issued a notification on 5 August 2026 asking all candidates who applied under KEAM 2026 for MBBS, BDS and related courses to submit their NEET-UG 2026 result details online. This is not the counselling round itself — it is a mandatory step CEE needs before it can prepare the state rank list. Without this online submission, a candidate's NEET-UG 2026 score will simply not be considered, no matter how good the rank is. The window to do this closes on 10 August 2026 at 12:00 noon, and the notice makes clear there will be no second chance.

Candidates who applied under KEAM 2026 for Medical or Medical Allied courses must log in to the CEE portal and submit their NEET-UG 2026 result online by 10 August 2026, 12:00 noon — missing this deadline means being left out of Kerala's medical rank list entirely, with no exceptions.

What KEAM 2026 covers for medical admissions

KEAM 2026 (Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical) is the centralised counselling conducted by CEE for admission to medical and medical-allied courses in Kerala colleges, for the academic year 2026-27.

The rank list CEE prepares from NEET-UG 2026 scores will decide admissions to: State Quota MBBS/BDS seats in Government Medical and Dental Colleges; the entire MBBS/BDS seats (including Minority Quota and NRI Quota) in Self-Financing Medical and Dental Colleges; and Medical seats earmarked for candidates irrespective of domicile.

The same rank list is also used for admission to AYUSH courses — BAMS (Ayurveda), BHMS (Homoeopathy), BSMS (Siddha) and BUMS (Unani) — and to several allied courses under Kerala Agricultural University and related institutions. MBBS and BDS aspirants only need to worry about the medical part of this process, but everyone applying for any of these courses through KEAM must go through the same NEET-result submission step.

Who must submit their NEET result, and by when

This step is for candidates who have already submitted an application under KEAM 2026 for Medical or Medical Allied courses, and who have qualified in NEET-UG 2026 conducted by the NTA, meeting the eligibility criteria in prospectus clause 9.7.5(ii) and (iii). If you fall in this group, you now have to separately submit your NEET-UG 2026 result details online — your KEAM application alone is not enough.

The online facility is open on www.cee.kerala.gov.in until 10 August 2026, 12:00 noon. CEE has stated in plain terms that candidates who do not submit their NEET-UG 2026 result within this time will not be considered at all for the medical/medical-allied rank list. There is no later window to submit mark details under any circumstances — this is a hard, one-time deadline.

Step-by-step: how to submit your NEET-UG 2026 result

The process is entirely online and needs to be done through the candidate's existing KEAM 2026 login. Follow these steps carefully and don't stop until you see the confirmation.

  • Go to www.cee.kerala.gov.in
  • Click the link 'KEAM 2026-Candidate Portal' and log in using your KEAM 2026 Application Number and Password
  • Click the menu 'NEET Result Submission'
  • Enter your NEET-UG 2026 Roll Number, NEET-UG 2026 Application Number, and NEET-UG 2026 Date of Birth
  • Check the score card details shown on screen carefully — your name, father's name, mother's name, NEET percentile score, and All India Rank for counselling
  • If everything is correct, click 'Verified and Submit' — the submission is complete only once this button is clicked
  • Take a printout of the 'NEET Result Submission Report' and keep it safely for future reference

Traps that can cost you your seat

This notice is short but strict, and small mistakes here have serious consequences. Pay attention to the following before you submit.

  • ⚠️ There is no extension and no late-submission window — if you miss 10 August 2026, 12:00 noon, your NEET score will not go into the Kerala medical rank list at all, regardless of how high your NEET rank is
  • ⚠️ Clicking through the screens is not enough — the submission counts only after you press the final 'Verified and Submit' button
  • ⚠️ Do not send or upload your NEET Score Card or the NEET Result Submission Report to CEE by email, post, or any other channel — the notice explicitly says not to do this
  • ⚠️ Only candidates who already applied under KEAM 2026 for Medical/Medical Allied courses, and who meet the eligibility in prospectus clause 9.7.5(ii)&(iii), are covered by this facility — check the KEAM 2026 prospectus if you're unsure whether you qualify
  • ✅ Verify every detail on the screen — your name, parents' names, percentile and All India Rank — before submitting, since this data feeds directly into your state rank list

Before you submit

CEE has asked all candidates to go through the Government-approved Prospectus for admission to Professional Degree Courses-2026, available on www.cee.kerala.gov.in, for the full eligibility criteria and admission rules before submitting their result. If you have any doubt about your KEAM application status, application number, or eligibility, resolve it before the deadline — there is no route to fix a missed submission afterward.

The notice states clearly that candidates who do not submit their NEET-UG 2026 result within the stipulated time will not be considered for preparation of the rank list for Medical & Medical Allied courses. There is no opportunity to submit later under any circumstances.

What details do I need to submit my NEET result?

Does this cover only MBBS and BDS, or other courses too?

The same rank list and the same NEET result submission process also apply to AYUSH courses (BAMS, BHMS, BSMS, BUMS) and several allied courses like Agriculture, Forestry, Veterinary Science and Fisheries. But the eligibility criteria referred to (prospectus clause 9.7.5(ii)&(iii)) applies specifically to candidates opting for these courses through KEAM.

Can I edit my details after clicking 'Verified and Submit'?

The notice does not mention any correction facility after final submission. Verify all details — your name, parents' names, percentile score and All India Rank — carefully on screen before clicking submit.

If you applied under KEAM 2026 for MBBS, BDS or any allied medical course, log in to the CEE candidate portal now and complete the NEET-UG 2026 result submission well before 10 August 2026, 12:00 noon — don't wait for the last hour. Keep the printout of your submission report safely, and refer to the KEAM 2026 prospectus on www.cee.kerala.gov.in for the full eligibility rules under clause 9.7.5.
